Our recently completed 11-story mixed-use building redefines urban living with a harmonious blend of residential, commercial, and office spaces. Towering above the cityscape, the structure hosts over 80 thoughtfully designed apartments, each offering panoramic views and contemporary amenities for a city fringe lifestyle. The lower floors seamlessly integrate office spaces, fostering a dynamic work environment with cutting-edge facilities. At street level, a vibrant retail and cafe space invites the community, creating a bustling, pedestrian-friendly atmosphere. The exterior showcases modern materials and pays tribute to the previous industrial feel of this North Melbourne pocket.
