Kent Street, Braybrook

Introducing Kent Place

From the moment you approach Kent Place you are met with a new benchmark in design for townhomes in the area. Unveiling quality design and contemporary architecture. The façade presents a sophisticated yet inviting addition to the Braybrook streetscape. Combining textured bricks with accents of concrete and metal, the material's palette is authentic and neutral to blend in with its surroundings. Verging on Pritchard Reserve, the south-facing townhomes take advantage of the parkside view on approach to the lower floor entries as well as outlook from the upper floor living areas to multiple native trees and grasslands. Families can take advantage of convenient access to the reserve’s playground and surrounding gardens.
